Me Nicolas Labbé-Corbin
Principal Lawyer
Me Labbé-Corbin is a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2020 and of the Law Society of Ontario since 2021.He primarily practices civil, business, labour/employment, and administrative law. In 2025, he founded his own firm with the objective of providing rigorous and accessible legal services to clients across Quebec and Ontario, relying on a modern, primarily virtual approach and on building lasting relationships with clients.
A graduate of McGill University (B.C.L./J.D.), Me Labbé-Corbin distinguished himself through his academic and professional involvement. Notably, he was a member of the executive board of the McGill Law Journal and an editor of the 9th edition of the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation. He also served as a seminar leader in legal ethics and advocacy techniques. He remains actively involved in the legal and community spheres by taking on pro bono work with non-profit organizations and delivering legal training sessions and workshops.
Throughout his practice, Me Labbé-Corbin has developed broad experience in private practice, advising a diverse clientele across a wide range of legal and commercial matters. His work includes strategic advisory services, drafting, and representation. He is recognized for the rigor of his analysis, the clarity of his communication, and his ability to distill complex issues into practical guidance. He takes a methodical and collaborative approach, with a strong focus on understanding clients’ objectives and delivering effective, pragmatic, and tailored solutions.


Natacha Boily-Landry
Legal Assistant
Natacha holds a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Secretarial Studies and has several years of experience in the legal field. As a legal assistant, she has distinguished herself through her professionalism, diligence, and unwavering attention to detail.
In her role, Natacha provides essential administrative and legal support to ensure the firm's smooth operation. Her responsibilities include file management, pleading preparation, correspondence management, and deadline monitoring. Her organizational skills and methodical approach ensure that each mandate is handled efficiently, accurately, and diligently.
Her courtesy, attentiveness, and human approach are well-regarded, and she places particular emphasis on the quality of client service. She actively contributes to fostering a climate of trust and ensuring professional and attentive support at every stage of a file. Her versatility, adaptability, and commitment to excellence make her a key member of the team.
